Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RankFlow Agency, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. This policy explains when refunds can be issued.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 10 days if:

  • Work has not started (full refund).
  • Work has started but not completed (partial refund based on progress).
  • The final result does not meet agreed requirements.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work has been fully completed and approved.
  • You fail to provide required materials or access.
  • Delays are caused by external factors beyond our control.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order before work begins. If work has already started, the cancellation will follow the partial refund rules above.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@rankflow.agency with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are processed within 1–3 business days.
