This Public Offer Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the terms under which RankFlow Agency provides digital services. By ordering any service on rankflow.agency, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Client: Any individual or business purchasing services from RankFlow Agency.

2. Subject of Agreement

We provide SEO, marketing, branding, design, and web development services. The scope of each service is outlined on the product page or proposal.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown on our website or in a custom invoice. Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated.

4. Rights and Obligations

We agree to:

  • Perform work professionally and on time.
  • Inform clients of any delays.
  • Protect client data.

Clients agree to:

  • Provide required materials, access, and information.
  • Use our services legally and responsibly.
  • Pay all fees on time.

5. Refund Rules

Refund rules follow our Refund Policy: 10-day window, full refund if work has not started, partial refund if work is incomplete.

6. Acceptance of Work

Work is considered accepted when:

  • The client approves the delivered work, or
  • 7 days pass without a revision request.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including hosting outages, platform failures, or natural events.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
